Today’s Match of Kings 11 Punjab and Sun Risers Hyderabad,
Started with SRH winning the toss and choosing to bat. Both teams have made
changes to their line up, let’s see in whose favor the line up works.
Captain David Warner and Jonny Bairstow stepped on
the field to start the innings, with Sheldon Cottrell opening the attack.
Sun Risers had a great start with 13 runs from the
first over.
At the end of the batting power play SRH was at
58(0) with Cottrell proving to be the most expensive, giving 28 runs in only 2
overs.
Ravi Bishnoi’s first over and KXIP 8th
over proved to be very expensive with 3 boundaries (2 sixes and 1 four) and SRH’s
score standing at 82(0)
At 9.3 overs, Bairstow completed his 3rd half
century of the season from 28 balls.
David Warner and Jonny Bairstow completed their
partnership of 100 runs at the end of 10 overs, with the run rate of 10.
Bairstow striked just after completing his half
century and hits 3 boundaries (2 sixes and 1 four) in Glen Maxwell’s over. After
11 overs the score being 120 (0)
David warner slows down his innings but Bairstow is
unstoppable, back to back boundaries.
WARN-DERFUL!! - An amazing innings by the captain, david
warner scoring 50 of only 37 balls. I t will breathtaking to see if SRH finishes
without losing a wicket. KXIP is very much in need of a wicket.
After 15 overs SRH is 160(0). The bowling power now
commences.
A big relief to KXIP. Ravi BIshnoi strikes for KXIP,
takes down an important wicket of David warner.
Abdul samad replaces david warner. A good strategy by
the captain to send pinch hitter, Samad
so as to hit big and put up a big total onto the board.
Back to back victories for KXIP, R. Bishnoi strikes
again, LBW against Bairstow. Excellent review from Rahul. Bairstow steps out after
a wonderful innings, scoring 7 fours and 6 sixes.
Manish Pandey, comes to the crease.
17th over and Arshdeep Singh a young
player is back into attack, first ball and Manish Pandey is OUT.
No wicket for 36-odd overs and now they have three
in seven balls.
Kane Williamson steps on the crease
After 17 overs SRH at 165(3).
At, 17.5 yet another victory for Ravi Bishnoi, Abdul
Samad, out caught by Arshdeep Singh! Third for Ravi Bishnoi. A wonderful
turnaround by the youngster. SRH have now lost 4 wickets for 13 runs in 2.5
overs.
Priyam Garg replaces him.
19th over, Arshdeep Singh is ready with
Priyam Garg on strike and he is OUT! Caught by Pooran. Second wicket for
Arshdeep.
Abhishek Sharma steps to the crease and bats two boundaries
for the team in the over.
Last over for the innings. Mohammed Shami is back
into the attack and so is K. Williamson. Williamson
batting 2 boundaries(1 six and 1 four) for his team .
19.5 Shammi to Abhishek Sharma and he is out caught
by Maxwell.
Rashid Khan comes to the crease.

Second
innings, start with KXIP sending out its trusted openers KL
Rahul and Mayank Agarwal on the crease, with KL Rahul on strike. David Warner
has handed over the ball to Sundeep Sharma who performed vey well in the last
match.
KXIP off to a decent start scoring 9 runs in the
first over.
At 1.3 A big loss for KXIP, Mayank Agarwal run out.
Simran Singh comes to the crease.
At 4.2, first victory for Khaleel Ahmed (SRH),
second loss to KXIP with Simran Singh out, Caught by Priyam Garg!
Nicholas Pooran, left handed batsman comes to the
crease, and starts with a Four.
At the end of the batting power play KXIP stands at
45 (2), current run rate of KXIP being 7.21, whereas required run rate is 11.21
The next over of Abhishek Sharma is welcomed by two
back to back sixes by Nicholas Pooran. At 6.4 A. Sharma makes a great comeback
by taking the most important wicket of KL Rahul, caught by Williamson. Rahul walks
back to the pavilion in disappointment.
Glen Maxwell steps on to the crease.
NICHOLAS POORAN ON FIRE!!!!! POORAN completes his fifty
in only and only 17 balls, hitting 5 big
boundaries of Samad’s six balls. A very expensive over for SRH(28 runs of the
over). Pooran keeps hopes alive for
KXIP.
At 10.5, Big wicket for SRH, Maxwell is walking out,
with direct hit at the non strikers end from Priyam Garg.
Mandeep Singh replaces him on the crease
At the end of 12 overs, KXIP need 90 runs in 48
balls.
At 12.2, Rashid khan is on attack and Mandeep Singh
is cleaned up by a googly. KXIP loose their 5th wicket on 117.
Mujeeb comes on to accompany N. Pooran on the field.
Punjab’s game rests on N. Pooran’s shoulders.
At 13.5 Khaleel Ahmed strikes again, Mujeeb departs
he is caught out by Bairstow. Ravi Bishnoi comes on the crease.
After 14 overs, Punjab needs 76 runs in 6 overs. Pooran
is in great touch, but he is running out of support at the other end.
At 14.5 Its Rashid khan yet again, N. Pooran caught
out by T. Natarajan. With that goes KXIP’s hopes!
Mohammed Shami, comes to the crease and is back to
the pavilion soon. Rashid Khan gets him on his first ball with a googly to
leave KXIP 8 down.
Sheldon Cottrell, steps on the crease.
During 17th over T Natarajan deals the
death bowls as Cottrell bowed out with a perfect Yorker and Arshdeep Sigh is
out caught by Warner.
With this SRH won the match by 69 runs.
Rashid Khan (3-12) played a vital role in destroying
KXIP. Pooran’s 77 was memorable.
KXIP suffers their 5th loss of the season.
It's going to be a tough comeback for them.
Jonny Bairstow is awarded with the player of the match title.

The way kings are playing right now it is very difficult for them to come up butt they are a good team they take things positively but my opinion would be they should stop giving more chances to one season big show and at least give 2 to 3 chances to the universe boss and should improve there spin department..
