KKR Vs CSK

 

The 21st IPL match between Kolkata knight riders and Chennai super kings started with KKR winning the toss and choosing to bat. The match took place in Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Shubman Gill and Rahul Tripathi stepped down on the crease to open kkr’s innings.

 

With a cracking delivery by Shardul Thakur, Shubman gill was caught behind 

by MS Dhoni. Kkr’s score at this time was 37 from 4.2 overs.

 

Nitish Rana, left handed bat, comes to the crease. 

Kkr (64-1) after 7 overs. 

Nitish rana, experienced an early end to his innings by giving an easy catch in the safe hands of Ravindra Jadeja on K Sharma’s ball.

R. Tripathi completed his 5th half century in ipl by scoring 52 of only 31 balls. After 9.2 overs.

The second innings started with Shane Watson and Du Plessis ready to bat.  

Match going well with the run rate of 8.33 after 3 overs.  At 3.4 a big wicket for KKR, with Faf Du plessis catch out after 17 runs by captain Dinesh Kartik and bowling by Mavi.

 Ambatti Rayudu steps on to the crease.

After 7 overs the score stands at 62-1 CSK.

CSK going strong 90-1 after 10.2 overs, required run rate for CSK 8.07

At 12.1 Rayudu out with an easy catch by Shubman gill with a young player Nagarkoti bowling.

CSK, captain and the chase master MS Dhoni steps on to the crease

At the end of over13th over Shane Watson completes his half century from 39 balls, 6 fours and 1 six to his credit.

And with the first ball of 14th over Watson, given out leg-before to Narine. He consults with Dhoni who gives the go-ahead for a review. Height in question? Or is this going down leg. No, just clipping leg stump, will stay with the on field call.

At 16.2 M.s Dhoni scores a 4, with CSK now needing 39 runs off  22 balls. 

Just then a big victory for KKR with MS Dhoni bolt by a cracking delivery of a young Bowler Varun Chakravarthy.

Another win for KKR at the start of 17th over with Sam Curran catch out by Eoin Morgan and wonderful bowling of Andre Russell. 

Ravindra Jadeja comes on, with CSK needing 38 runs from 15 balls. 

last over for CSK, Andre Russel bowling and CSK needing 26 runs. 

CSK lost the match and KKR won by 10 runs. a big win for KKR.

KXIP VS SRH

  KXIP VS SRH   Today’s Match of Kings 11 Punjab and Sun Risers Hyderabad, Started with SRH winning the toss and choosing to bat. Both teams have made changes to their line up, let’s see in whose favor the line up works. Captain David Warner and Jonny Bairstow stepped on the field to start the innings, with Sheldon Cottrell opening the attack. Sun Risers had a great start with 13 runs from the first over. At the end of the batting power play SRH was at 58(0) with Cottrell proving to be the most expensive, giving 28 runs in only 2 overs.
